Shipment

We send your orders within Germany to your home free of charge, without you having to reach a minimum order value. We work with well-known logistics companies such as DHL, DPD and GLS to ensure that your packages arrive on time and safely.

If your package is particularly large or heavy, it will be delivered curbside by a shipping company. In this case, the shipping company will contact you to arrange a delivery date. “Free curbside” means that the goods are only unloaded from the truck. If you would like the goods to be delivered to your home, you must arrange this in advance with the shipping company and additional costs may apply.

The following conditions apply to shipping within Germany:

  • We only deliver within Germany.
  • Shipping is free, except to German islands, where an island surcharge of €9.90 applies.

Delivery time is usually 1-7 days from the time you place the order and payment is made. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send them in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time.

Return

Your return is of course free and uncomplicated within 30 days. If you don't like your item, you have 30 days to return it to us. We would be pleased if you sent us a short email to shop@wohnando.com , ideally with the reason for the return and perhaps a few pictures. This allows us to process the return quickly and smoothly. Remember to please return items in their original packaging.
